Delivery and Payment Methods

Germany

The delivery costs for Germany (mainland) amounts to 3,90€, independent of the order quantity.

Free of charge delivery:

In Germany (mainland), for purchase orders of at least 70€, the shipment costs are void.

Parcel Service:

In Germany, we dispatch insured packages exclusively with GLS.
Delivery to "Packstationen" is not possible by GLS. In the case that you should not be at home at the time of delivery, you can pick up the parcel at your next GLS-Shop.
At the time of shipping the parcel you will receive a tracking number. At www.gls-group.eu you can track the parcel and also check where the closest GLS parcel shop is located.

Austria

The delivery costs for Austria amounts to 9.50€ excl. VAT.

Types of Payment:

• Prepayment:
  
  If you order by advance payment, following your order you receive an E-mail which includes the transfer references.
  Please be sure that you indicate the purpose of transfer - order number and name - in the specified field.
  
  
  
• Cash on delivery:
  
  For cash on delivery orders, an additional amount of 7,50€ excl. VAT plus 2€ postage (transmission payment) is charged.
  COD Delivery is only possible for orders in Germany
  
  
  
• Sofortueberweisung.de:

By payment with the module Sofortüberweisung.de you can pay with your Online Banking Account. You only need your Account Number, Banking Code, PIN and TAN. Use this payment method only if your bank account is ready for Online Banking. There is no additional cost for you.




• Credit Card:
  
  Payment by Credit Card is currently possible by using PayPal.
